Fixed the game crashing when rendering B Site (hopefully, it only occurred after the map was uploaded)

Fixed the ct Buyzone not working in some spots

Fixed a bunch of holes in the ground. Added a few Trees as decorations. Deathmatch added. CTs spawning in certain spots not being able to access the buymenu is a know issue, I am working on it. Also changed some ground textures so sound can be used to know the enemy locations better.
