v0.1:
* Fixes a bug where the voice was too quiet if the voice volume slider was adjusted.
* Adds a Configuration file (Config/XComDokiBirdVoiceSettings.ini). If you find the soldier's voice is still too quiet relative to others, increase the value in this file. Sky's the limit.
