Fix some issues for 7.38 compatibility

Basic support for 7.38

- Add `disablegpt` to disable GPT AI chats
- small fixes

- Mainly a slight change in pushing desire against human

- Update a bit sb, tinker, viper, furion, invo, kez, ww, etc (16) item purcase and ability logic
- Update bugged heroes attack and laning
