Rep+ Fixes update + 2 enemy reworks!

- Mod should be fully functional in Rep+ (any bugs that show up is Nicalis' fault not ours)

- Split Rage Creep has been reimplemented with a new attack pattern

- Restored Monsters Vessel now degrades into two new enemies when dying: Receptacle and Miasma. These enemies also show up on their own in rooms.

- Corpse Eaters/Carrion Riders have slower movement speed and health, as well as having rebalanced rooms.

- Carrion Riders show up as frequently as Bombgaggers (V. Rare)

- Adjusted the frequency of certain enemies showing up in rooms, mainly less Dumplings in earlier floors and more Rag Creeps in Mausoleum.

- Fixed Stillborns remaining through Challenge and Greed waves.

- Updated Fiend Folio Afflictions

- Gilded Dumpling explodes in a similar manner to Golden Boom Flies from Fiend Folio if it is enabled

- Fixed Screamer having weird movement when hit with knockback

- Changed the method in which Screamers freeze and slow you

- Nightwatches no longer have collision damage

- Nightwatches throw their lamp straight up instead of directly at the player

- Nightwatches disappear permenently when a room is cleared with them that has room clear plates

- Rebalanced many Nightwatch rooms

- Graverobbers now have two stats that are set per room. The pickup stat determines how many pickups they can take before starting the flee timer. The flee timer determines how long a Graverobber will presist until they vanish.

- Adjusted Red TNT rooms to use non-replaceable rocks

Added a enemy to THE FUTURE: a variant of Strifers that use the mechanics of the floor.

Fixed a Necropolis fool card room spawning 100% of the time
