Totally restructured the entire mod, done by removing major countries history, characters, and event files and replacing them with ingame decisions completed by AI (invisible to player, you may not notice a change in ideology until you unpause), a game rule, and limiting history file changes to a few unimportant nations.

FIXES:
• Better Ideologies no longer alters focus trees, history files, or character files (with a few exceptions) meaning compatibility with other submods and OWB updates shouldn't be an issue.
• Cypher Warband as been switched to Elites with the Warband subideology.
• Vanilla portraits that have been altered from Darkness Falls to use AI versions have been switched back to their original art. AI slop shouldn't replace real art.

Fixes:
-99% sure that Texas elections are fixed.
-90% sure that Legion Civil War is fixed. Lucius is switched to elites, Aurelius switched back to ruler. Lanius' legion should appear with Lanius as the actual leader.

Compatibility Fixes:
-Files incompatible with Darkness Falls have been deleted and replaced with a way that wont conflict. Ideologies may still be buggy with Timberline paths.
-Enclave Officers+ fully compatible.
