Working in 1.6, but not tested extensively.

Known issues:
* Superchief cannon in EMP mode with throw errors if any pawns (including hostiles) are in the blast radius, so stick to burn mode
* Avenger will trigger errors when landing while transporting vehicles; just ignore those for now.

* fixed (I hope!) the problem with the cargo unload patch for Avenger - I can't get the disappearing-vehicle problem to happen anymore, please let me know if it still affects you especially if you can reproduce it.
* some code clean-up
* moved all UI strings to a translation table - if anyone wants to make a translation for this mod you have permission to do so.
* Initial work on a new vehicle, [REDACTED]
* Adjusted turret draw-layers to stop warchief main turret being drawn under autocannon turrets.
