Fixing kids clothes, added sleeves, improved hair, hair now comes in all colours, added hoods and capes

Lots of organisation behind the scenes! Fixed error with bones sprites missing (ops!). Added more child sprites, clothes should match colour pallet and are removed if the dwarf is naked. Better undead sprites. Removable limbs! (Oh no!)
