-Minor rework of Olive grove decision, price went up to 300 ducats, ducats are actually taken now, and each planted grove gives -1 years of nationalism.
-Added Floridian citrus groves decision, price 500 ducats, plant 5 citrus groves in Floridian provinces. Each grove gives +1 local goods produced, -1% naval attrition, and -1% land unit attrition taken on ships.
-Added Vermont marble quarry decision, cost 250 ducats, changes Ameia's trade good to marble and gives it an upgradable province modifier.
