Italian Kings focus tree options are now monarchist.

Austria is now 49% monarchist instead of non aligned and is the ruling party is monarchist.
Guarantee Austria now gives a additional option "Partition Austria" on Anschluss splitting Austria between Hungary , Italy and Germany.

adding the custom game rules for the different paths for AI,
Monarchist Australia AI options will be selectable from the custom game rules menu.
AI Australia Italian support path will be selectable.

IE if you want to play as Italy you will be also able to select on the game rule setting for Australia "Monarchism Royalist - Italy" for the AI path and you will have a functional Monarchist Australia supporting you.
The Australia AI will request an alliance with Italy 1938, giving Italy an opportunity to join allies in Ethiopian war and giving Australia to a chance benefit from commonwealth research first.

Most focuses (including vanilla) are now 35 days.

Added generic focus Crusade against Neutrality - generic monarchist countries will declare war on neighbouring Non aligned countries if they are not at war. (should affect Saudi and Iran currently)
