Changed name of calm spell from Students Behave to Apprentices Behave

Added new calm spell conditionalized for apprentices only in order to stop them from battling each other. Spell will not effect non-apprentices.

A critical upldate for Sorcerer's Apprentice after observing some pretty weird behaviour.

Rune and wall spells are now excluded from learning. Any apprentice's that have already learned any of these spells will have them removed from their Spell Inventory.

NPCs do not know to fire these at the ground. End result is they can spend an entire battle trying and failing to cast these spells.

Code has been added to ensure an NPC has only one Flesh spell at a time in their Spell Inventory.

NPCs do not handle more than one Flesh spell in their Spell Inventory very well. They will stupidly cycle between them, casting one Flesh spell, and then another, etc.

Between cycling between Flesh spells and failing to cast rune or wall spells, an NPC can become quite useless.

This upldate addresses and fixes all those issues. You will now have a real teammate again!

Additionally, as an added precaution, code has been added that prevents an NPC from learning a spell that is more expensive in Magicka than they can afford. There is no chance now of an NPC trying and failing to cast a spell because of its cost.
