-Added casualty modifiers for China and Japan in the later scenarios (the reason China has such low casualty modifiers is because the modifiers are percentage based and China had a big population)

-Added a decision for AI Croatia that fixes Italy's annoying demand for Dalmatia

-Made Finland have an army in the 1941 scenario
-Increased the size of the Finnish army in the 1942+ scenarios

-Removed a lot of Germany's cores in Poland (ex: Germany no longer has cores on the entirety of Western Poland)
-Made the Allies control German states in the 1945 scenario rather than own them

-Reduced the amount of "Free Manpower" some nations have in the later scenarios
-Made the Sudetenland a core of Germany from the 1939+ scenarios
-Retired 20 July Plot generals who no longer existed during the 1945 scenario
-Retired Ernst Thälmann from the 1945 scenario

-Made Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria independent in the 1941-1944 scenarios

-Made Breslau encricled in the 1945 scenario
-Made the Soviets occupy 2 of the empty Hungarian tiles in the 1945 scenario

-Removed the useless generic focus tree
-Made all the Allied countries join the war when the scenario loads (this solves the problem of a large lag spike when you unpause in the later scenarios)
