Major changes (maybe I forgot something)
- Fixed revolutionaries speaking Czech in civilian clothes
- Starting clothing has been changed (combat clothing without camouflage is civilian)
- Added balaclavas for AI revolutionaries
- Added map tools and red lantern to arsenal and starting equipment
- removed P601 due to DDR ownership
- Added a camera to the arsenal
- The Strichtarn camouflage vest and the red balaclava have been removed from the arsenal
