Updated all changes from the SDR change log. Outside of the PDF itself, this includes:
+ Rebalanced Spear, Longsword and their tiered variants, and Glowing rings (tier 1, 2, 3 and 4 weapons) in the GM bags and in the starting weapons bag.
+ Changed druid beast form sheet for a fix in the Powerful Beast's stats.
