Finally fixed Blazing Slugger Ethan's skin because I forgot to do that a while ago oops

XML files (mostly) successfully restructured; broken credenzas and combat dialogue will be fixed later; Added Dan's Solutions; Slight changes to Midnight Office; fixed some of Susano'o (he's still broken though); groundwork for future receptions
