Sry for the 2nd update, my pbo packing tool malfunctioned leaving the mod not working. It is fixed now

1. Fixed players drowning underwater in a vehicle. (The Player will not drown or take damage)

2. Fixed the Vehicle Battery issue.

Sry for the 2nd update, Changed the mod Folder name to @WLMPVESystemComplete. May need to reinstall the mod and delete the folder if necessary

Updated: No Blood Splatter Script to remove All blood (Bodies, Walls & Ground)

Fixed: Vehicle Battery Issues

Added: Animals can not be hit by cars.
