Adjusted par on Hole 6

Fixed major bug on hole 6. Should now be a playable hole again.

Hole 3 - Still a nightmare, sorry. Added a play area to ramp so its a little bit less of a nightmare when lagging.
Hole 4 - Slight adjustment to right path to make it fit just a little better (otherwise, unchanged)
Hole 5 - added stop blocks to make a little more variance in path selections.
Hole 12 - Found a pesky missing play area on the range. No longer will one be randomly reset on an unlucky swing landing in this missed sweet spot.
Hole 16 - adjusted flags to be slightly less obscuring. They are still pretty and shall otherwise remain.
Hole 17 - made backflip ramp slightly more consistent. Less often will it send you flying off course. ... less often at least...
hole 18 - very slightly lowered the catch ramp for a bit more consistency. Its still a challenge!
