HUGE UPDATE!
* Changed how DOC vehicles are implemented, to make it easier to add more.
(WILL BREAK EXISTING DOC VEHICLES!!!)
* Fixed some inconsistancies with riot helmet code. (Some riot helmets WILL disappear!)
* Added detective zombies to ALL departments. (except KSP for now.)
* Added SWAT content to most departments. (Some were omitted for realism.)
* Made item overrides more effective.
* Added ranked outfits to locker loot, and item overrides.
* Increased the amount of loot in the STFR locker loot tables, to account for the ranked outfits.
* Merged the redundant "_bag" police zombie outfits with the standard police zombie outfits.
* Added support for KI5's 80kz1000 police motorcycle mod. (This is a one-time occasion, NO OTHER KI5 VEHICLES WILL BE SUPPORTED! For now...)
* Due to a coding miracle, lightbars are fixed!... With a downside: I had to make emitted light for them all white.
* Fixed DuffelBag loot.
* Fixed an oopsie in the lang file.
* Added USPS Ties.
* Redid the USPS shirts.
* Fixed the Rosewood SD CPT. hat.
* Redid the Jefferson County PD riot helmet.

Content Update and bugfixes:
* Overhauled the RiversidePD cars.
* Added a unique High-Vis-Vest to the RiversidePD.
* Fixed Sheriff lockers spawning police High-Vis-Vests instead of Sheriff ones.
* Fixed the RiversidePD Pickup having the wrong texture.
* Fixed police lockers only spawning 1 necklace badge type.

STFR:R:
Rewrite Summary:
* Redid a TON of internals for the mod.
* Separated modded map support into their own steam pages.
* Added SGT/CPT ranks for ALL STFR Law Enforcement Agencies.
* Fixed most, if not all of the bugs.
Extra Notes:
- WILL BREAK SAVES/SERVERS USING THE OLD VERSION!
- MapIDs changed.
- Zombies spawning where they shouldn't only happens on my end when mods that don't register zombie outfit spawns right are loaded. 99% sure it's NOT STFR's fault!
- New bugs may or may not be present.
- NPC Mod/BodyShapes support will return later.
