Hovermode AI and target tracking is now fully implemented. Let me know in the comments if Basilisco does anything strange with autonomy off.

Added the ability to launch recon flares with Shift+Z. Basilisco will also randomly use these with autonomy on.

Added the ability to control wild Ketea. Press Shift+LMB to make every Ketos on the map launch a rocket at the cursor.

Basilisco can now control wild Ketea while enraged.

Basilisco now starts player-initiated bombing runs at the cursor.

Added an experimental Enrage mechanic. While raging, Basilisco knows the location of every enemy on the map and will unleash a massive sub-weapon barrage until all targets are destroyed. Press Shift+R while enemies are present, or just shoot Basilisco until it's had enough...

Updated enemy definitions, airstrike units can once again detect a wide variety of robots just like in the initial AI update. This time with less false positives.
