-Changed the tank research tree.

-Changed some squads.
-Added all captured soviet tanks also soviet ammo crate.
-you get more manpower after an attack or defence.
-lowered some units research costs.

-You dont need to reseach call in stages to unlock defence levels you can research it faster.
-Officers cp is now -20 including LW supplies officer.
-You will gain more research points after an attack or defence.
-AI's now has less rescources but a bit harder .
