- Disabled most of the functionality as the things that the mod fixed have been largely impemented by Funcom into the basegame

- Changed default value of NPC rotation to 25% (half the people didn't read the description and had no clue this helps with AI "target lock")
- Possibly solved another basegame bug regarding NPCs not being able to rotate at all after switching from a bow to a melee weapon.

- Added option to have NPCs correct their facing between individual hits of a combo chain.
(This is a bit of an experimental thing to help with thralls / NPCs executing their whole combo chain in the same direction when the rotation limit is lowered too much, it might not time the facing correction perfectly for all NPCs perfectly, but it should still help in most cases)

- Fixed AI bug preventing AI from rotating after attacks and walking sideways or backwards instead
- Added configuration for AI and Player tracking limit DURING attacks, accessible via the admin console command dc Combatfix
