Fixes for liquid containers

Added 9 new items.

- Added Ornated Chest (sea chest)
- Added Travel Chest (sea chest)
- Added Plastic Barrel
- Added Metal Barrels (3 colors: black, yellow & red)
- Added Paper Bag (protective case)
- Added Flash Lunch Box (protective case)
- Added Portable Gas Stove

Each item works exactly like vanilla counterpart & should go to the same slots (like cars)
