Fixed issues:
- Misnomed CHOAM outpost snappoint.
- Duplicated dialog for sietch Tabr.

Fixed turn transition issues:
- "Your turn" sound effect does not trigger for the first player of round.
- Add Your Turn Indicator.
- BUG-Hotseat not changing color for active player (revisited).

Removed unwanted autoLoadedSettings.
Better fix for reverse picking and swormaster recruitment.

Fixed issues:
- Contract count not displayed after a reload.
- Contract drawn after the leader selection.
- Harmless error when reaching the last contract, conflict or reserve card.
- Lost influence tokens at high level after a reload.
- Confusiong right-click behavior with an empty deck.
- Regression in Emperor/Fremen access in 4P.
- Conflict deck composition in 6P.

Static deck assembly :
Implemented the full static deck creation path to avoid flickering and corruption with some guests.
Set up has been streamlined to avoid doing multiple things at the same time.
Hand reconfiguration is now done at a slower pace to avoid asynchronicity with some guests.
Proper leader reload and misplaced dreadnought park zones have been fixed along the way.
