Improved time acceleration logic to make it a bit more dynamic, now during sunsets and sunrises the time acceleration will be at its lowest, while being fastest during the night. Time acceleration can be turned off at any time in the police department.
Callout descriptions will now contain license plate number of suspect's vehicle
