v1.27 Dynamic Radio Station Update
Added - The ability to change the frequency of the TMRadio stations in the sandbox settings, if you do this after game start you will need to reboot the server to get the device text working again
Added - Dynamic OnDeviceText so that the TMRadio stations no longer use the .xml file for scripts and hit the radios every 10 mins in game to start radios in the wild faster
Added - Horde Night Broadcast Warnings when using the Horde Night mod with switches to enable them in the sandbox settings
Added - Weather Broadcast reports hourly on the TMRadio stations with switches to enable them in the sandbox settings
Added - Song Name Announcements on the TMRadio stations when new songs start with switches to enable them in the sandbox settings
Added - solo player modoptions to supress Song Name Announcements
Fixed - Issue with RDS system being unstable when terminal supplied songs are fed into a multiplayer game, it was randomly losing data or getting corrupted entries

Fixed - removed ondevicetext() calls to the cdplayers that was still activating the TMRadio music on them

Fixed - error from the cdplayer patch that failed when the cdplayer was a world item and not an inventory item

v1.24 update
Added - Radios that are sprites powered on and tuned in to the stations will now start playing immediately when found, distance can turn them off again, this helps with teleporting and arrival into the game. Will keep working to find better ways to handle this as well.

added - admin options to refill the media ejection system or empty it, allowing it to be added to any terminal by an admin
