Fixed Jaeger SR missing hands.

• Changed bullet flyby sound to laser flyby sound for all laser-based weapons.
• Removed piercing damage to Jaeger SR (to avoid getting killed instantly while inside a armored vehicle).

Final adjustments to all weapon audios.

Added more reserve ammo for Guard PS.

• Significantly reduced weapon audio.
• Significantly reduced weapon range usage for bots.
• Changed Guard PS Shield's box collider to mesh collider(making the user more susceptible to incoming damage to exposed body part).

• Adjusted Guard PS muzzle module.
• Adjusted third-person view weapon model for bots.
