added a map block and experimental roof flippers for the rare case the vehicle gets stuck on it's roof, untested due to how rare it is for the vehicle to get stuck on it's roof (if someone can get it stuck on the roof and test the roof flippers let me know the results)

improved the input for the constant speed mode of the cruise control, now pressing up or down will step the speed by 1 mph but holding up or down for more than 1 second will make it go up/down faster

added some fishing rods to the med bay for the new update

added a pressure meter to the water cannon controls
