Update: Feb 14 @ 3:38pm

Fixed the character UI so the secondary spouse/concubine section is expandable (like the children or siblings sections) allowing the player to always see the 4th secondary spouse/concubine, which this mod allows

Added a new cultural tradition called 'Sensual,' which makes the lustful trait more common, gives a small fertility bonus, and makes characters of that culture a little more likely to have lover relationships

Added a new cultural tradition called 'Prudish,' which makes the chaste trait more common, gives a small fertility reduction, and makes characters of that culture a little less likely to have lover relationships

Added a new cultural tradition called 'Cousin Marriage,' which makes members of a culture prefer marrying their cousins (to an extent) and overrides their faith's consanguinity doctrine if it prohibits cousin marriage

Added a new cultural tradition called 'Sibling Marriage,' which makes members of a culture prefer marrying their siblings (to an extent) and overrides their faith's consanguinity doctrine if it prohibits sibling marriage

Added a new cultural ethos, called 'Carnal,' which gives characters a slight fertility bonus and makes members of that culture more sexually liberal and more likely to have lover relationships (it doesn't have its own icon right now, but I will make one for next week)

Update: Feb 7 @ 3:53pm

Added a vampire trait (which can only be added through the ruler designer for now), giving immortality, large bonuses to prowess, knight limit, and dread; a small bonus to intrigue; big penalties to levy size, taxes, and general opinion; a small penalty to diplomacy; and removes the ability to have children

Made the vampire trait give imprisonment, revoke title, and execution reasons against characters who have it

Made the vampire trait give non-vampire rulers a kingdom-level invasion casus belli against independent vampire rulers

Rulers with the vampire trait always have access to the conquest casus belli

Update: Jan 31 @ 2:28pm

Updated mod to work with current version of the game

Made various tweaks and fixes to fertility, child cap numbers, the adultery/pregnancy systems and when relationships/pregnancies are problematic or not and when children are considered bastards or not, and some of the numbers for the seduction and romance schemes

Made changes and fixes to the court prostitutes, including (but not limited to): they are now of the common rather than special category of court positions, when taking the decision to visit them there's an event after the one where you pick which one to visit (to show that you actually did visit and "laid" with them)

Also, it should now, for real, be fixed so that pregnancies for (or caused by) court prostitutes (which are not, for other reasons, legitimate) should never cause a problem for either character involved, the children should be born as bastards (or wild oats) and with unknown paternity (with no secret saved regarding who the father is), and court prostitutes (as well as the characters using their services) should never be treated as adulterers or fornicators

Tweaked genetic inheritance numbers to make eugenics slightly less predictable (it shouldn't be a very dramatic change), just because I feel that that's better for game play

Tweaked pregnancy outcome numbers to make negative outcomes in general a little more likely (than I had already made them), and especially so for the child being sickly and for the mother falling ill after the pregnancy, and specifically made this a little more likely for older women (late 30s and older)

Made the child sickly trait give a slightly bigger health penalty and take a little longer to disappear (the goal is to counteract changes to fertility and child cap numbers by increasing childhood mortality a little bit, though not anywhere near realistic historical numbers, of course)

Increased the numbers of secondary spouses and concubines from 3 to 4 (this includes there being a problem with the UI not showing all 4, and I will fix it, but in the meantime I recommend using the mod Better Character UI)

v 0.1.2

Made various little tweaks and fixes

Fixed a bug in the triggers in my system that checks if relations are criminal, shunned, accepted, or completely accepted with everyone. The exceptions I've put in to prevent some relations from being considered fornication/adultery (for example, in the case of sex with court prostitutes) were not working, but should now.

Made it so tribal rulers can have court prostitutes even if adultery is criminal for the gender/s of the characters who would use their services, but the court prostitutes must be lowborn.

Made it so that court prostitutes of the dominant gender in a faith that accepts same-sex relations (that is, they're exclusively same-sex prostitutes) must be lowborn.

Made it so that court prostitutes in faiths that don't have carnal exaltation or adultery being accepted for their gender, must be lowborn.

Made it so that the Divine Marriage tenet is allowed with either sibling or unrestricted consanguinity doctrines when creating or reforming a faith.

Made it so that targets of seduction schemes who have the Divine Marriage tenet in their faith are more receptive to seduction from close family members and a lot less receptive to seduction from characters who are not close or extended family members.

Fixed it so characters don’t get treated as fornicators/adulterers for pregnancies caused by prostitution (the children will still be considered bastards or wild oats).

v 0.1.1

Made various little tweaks and fixes

Chinese translations to previous localization added (provided by 无渡)

Added a teeny bit of stress relief, from having sex through events, for characters who are not chaste and are attracted to the gender of the character they are having sex with (in addition to the stress relief for lustful and rakish characters in the vanilla game)

Made (more consistently so) homosexuality equally an issue for men and women in faiths where same-sex relations are shunned or criminal (in vanilla, it's only so for men)

Made the event where your bishop wants you to divorce your spouse because the marriage is supposedly "consanguineous" (when it isn't) more rare

Made marriage and elopement more likely to happen between relatives and family members in faiths with Divine Marriage

Added a Court Prostitute court position (a service the lord/lady of the court provides for their courtiers, and themselves), background events to have random court members utilizing their services, and a decision (available every 2 years) for the liege of the court to visit one of their court prostitutes. (This is just the beginning. The prostitution system will become a lot more advanced in the future, with events, flavor content, and expanded roles for them.)

Court Prostitutes' rules:
The rules for court prostitutes are complicated (and might well change in the future). I'll try to explain as briefly and simply as I can.

For a court to have court prostitutes, the liege's faith must allow characters to be prostitutes and allow characters to utilize their services.

In faiths with unequal gender doctrines, only the dominant gender can use their services and only the subordinate gender can be prostitutes (unless same-sex relations are accepted). In faiths with gender equality, both genders can serve as court prostitutes or use their services.

The faith in question must also either have the Carnal Exaltation tenet or have adultery not be criminal for the gender (or genders) of the clients (it doesn't matter for the gender of the court prostitutes). Originally I had that adultery had to be accepted for them, but I've decided to make it a little broader to allow Catholics to have court prostitutes (we'll see how it goes).

Finally, the court prostitutes can't be married or concubines, unless the faith of the liege employing them has the polyamory tenet.

So, for example, in the Catholic faith women can be court prostitutes and men can visit them to use their services. In the Messalian faith, both men and women can serve as court prostitutes and both men and women can use their services (including same-sex relations, based on what gender the client in question is attracted to). On the other hand, the slavic and norse faiths can't have them at all.
