Added plugin hooks to the map.
Removed Server auto executable commands.

Fixed some deco sticking through roof.
Changed the triangle platforms collisionbox, making the map even easier.

Fixed some decoration sticking through the roof, fixed some wrong textured meshes.

Remade the whole map.

Stage 19 easier - again

Fixed Stage 19 - again.

All platforms are now playerclipped.
Light on Stage 7 is now less intense.
Stage 19 got couple more platforms and is easier on the end of the incline.

Finally fixed material issues.
