expanded the following citys into sub areas for realistic batting in the city:
-Berlin (4 areas)
-Munich (5 areas)
-Paris (5 areas)
-London (5 areas)
-Moscow (5 areas)
-Stalingrad (5 areas)

added new releasable states in Germany
-Baden
-Wuttemburg
-Saarland
-Saxony
-East Frisia

Localization:
Added new Vp's in the new sub areas i talked about

GFX:
Added "historical" German Reich flag for the nazi party

Northern German States Update:
