New UA update:
- Okayu's UA now boosts Food and Culture by 5% for each incoming Trade Route, but only for a maximum of 20%.
- Korone's UA no longer grants a free Technology upon capturing a City-State. Instead, it yields a large Science boost.
- Also fixes text for clarification.
