Replaced Necrophos with Puppeteer
- Innate Black Plague: Deals damage based on Puppeteer's intelligence, spreads from afflicted units to nearby units with less or no stacks at a rate of 1 stack per second.
- Q Skeleton Archer: A skeleton that deals damage
- W Zombie Brute: A zombie that takes damage
- E Lich Mage: A mage that can heal and debuff enemies
- R Pestilence: Explode all minions to deal massive damage per minion and add Black Plague stacks

Sylph Changes:
Zephyr now grants 5% evasion per stack of Zephyr
Rapid Fire Spread from 60 to 75, 30 to 45 with talent
Jetstream Attackrate from 2x to 1.5x
Wind's Aid cooldown from 20 to 35

Jetstream now gives phased and flying movement
Zephyr now gains stacks for every 300 units traveled
Fixed cyclone not dealing any damage at certain movement speeds
Rapid Fire spread now 60 at all levels, Rapid Fire talent reduced from -45 to -30

Swapped Sylph W (Wind's Aid) and R (Cyclone)
Wind's Aid now has a 15s duration and a 30s cooldown

Cyclone now has a 10s duration and a 20s cooldown

Jetstream no longer prevents you from acting, but any order will stop Jetstream

Fixed +4 Zephyr stacks talent
Added Sylph aghs in properly (Grants zephyr to all allies)

Updated some item builds thanks to DungeonLord and cancer lancer

Replaced Windrunner by Sylph to ease the new heroes in.
Sylph has:
Jetstream: Rush towards locations, attacks all units on the way
Wind's Aid: Grants crit stacks based on innate stacks
Zephyr: Grants movement speed per stack
Rapid Fire: Shoots arrows that proc an auto-attack, amount is based on attackspeed
Cyclone: Pushes all enemies away and deals damage based on movement speed

I will probably change Sylph's skills weekly or so, so you can get a taste of every ability she has.

Added vanilla dota's strength bonus to Sven's God's Strength

Enchant Totem

Totem levels between upgrades from 5 to 6

Echo Slam
Cooldown from 180/170/160/150/140/130/120 to 120
