Balance:
- Hart’s extremist draining ability now only works if city Happiness is high
- If USA is either last in the Cold War or still suffers the American Despair, Yockey or Hall will inevitably win the NPP primaries.
- Repealing CRA as Thurmond will worsen the American Depression
- “The American Despair” will now increase extremism every election season (Sovereigntists if Nixon passed CRA, Communists if CRA is vetoed)
- Nerfed South Africa’s hidden buff that was added in ODF
