Changes:
  • Fixed a lot of problems with the old maps, problems caused by me when restructuring states and bookmarks in my attempt to make the creation of new maps possible in a more streamlined way.
  • Added more railways for maps in need.
  • Fixed colouring for the thumbnail of the new map.

Changes:
  • Added Shock Troops from RT56
  • Imported Powder Keg Map, from Official Mod, it is temporary because I want to turn it into a 2v2 map that would look like this:

  • Added Juggle button for every research tab
  • 10 Support Companies Allowed
  • All tank Support Comanies are mutually exclusive In their respective type (no more triple Tank destroyer support)
  • Reorganised Armor Research tab
  • Tank modules no longer come from the artillery tab, now they come with thank chassis chassis techs
  • Howitzer and High Velocity guns no longer allow to be used in normal tank chassis.
  • Reworked Industry techs(again)
  • Changed the starting mil distribution in the production tab to have at least one factory for every equipment type
  • Nerfed Civilian factory focuses to be on par with mill focuses.
  • Reduced the cost of civilian and military factories to 7000
  • Buffed Captain of Industry from +10% civ/infra construction speed to 20%
  • Fixed Ghost divisions, just like official mod
  • Fixed fighter MIO giving 100% air attack instead of 10%
  • Agents go into hiding, just like official mod
  • AI behaviour imported from official mod
  • Mines cannot be layed anymore
  • Removed Graphic defines to make room for custom graphic mods
  • Nerfed Entrenchment expert from 15% entrenchment to 12%
  • Buffed Special forces, all types have better inf.requirement/HP
  • Reduced the base special forces cap by 30%
  • Planning penalty from intelligence network got reduced from 50% to 33%
  • Planning gain doubled.
  • Division training in the recruitment tab will train divisions to regular level
  • Terrain Penalties, out of supply penalty and going over combat width got halved
  • Combat Width changed to 30/60 form 40/80, 2x40 width spwawnins from focus tree can still enter combat from the same direction
  • Fort limit changed back to 10 but the penalty for each level got nerfed from -15% to -10% enemy attack
  • Additional damage for unpierced divisions got halved(6 face dice -->5 face dice)
  • Air Superiority bonus nerfed from 35% to 30%, and speed penalty to enemy got nerfed from -30% to -20%

Changes:
  • 53 days were removed from the peace time, focuses and PP cost are scaled down to match the same time frame

  • Trade laws are unlocked, each law costs 65 PP, their bonuses are scaled down

  • During peace time, armies will not use any supply

  • "Legacy of french Inovation" and "Hungarian Panthers" got nerfed from:
    20% armor dicount ---> 12% armor dicount

  • "Stalin's Organs" got nerfed from:
    40% katiusha production discount ---> 25% katiusha production discount

  • Italian modern plane design from focus will come with a production efficiency grow debuff on industry that starts at -30% and scales down for 6 months until it reaches 0

  • Added -50% discount for mechanised equipment designs for "Lend Lease Trucks" and "Anti-Soviet Cooperation" , only apliable if "Arms Against Tirrany" is active.

  • Fixed paratroopers not landing, even after one day of the war

Changes:
  • Added all stuff from the last update of the official mod, let me know if I missed something

  • Nerfed industry for the 3v3 map, all nations will start with 21 mils and 28 civs, previously it was 28 mils and 35 civs

  • Naval bases got removed from the baltic coast, it gave a unfair advantage to Axis Powers 3 when they get encircled

  • Added more MIO's for : infantry, armored cars, trains/railway guns

  • Added more Military Theorists, now both Allies and Axis have the same thorists, at least in the land department

  • Bonuses for theorists and chiefs of command got rebalanced, now army offense is not the only viable option

  • "Stalingrad tractor Plant" and "Nibelungenwerk" got nerfed from:
    30% medium armor production cost ---> 15% medium armor production cost
    15% heavy armor production cost ---> 10% heavy armor production cost

  • Armor Piercing now has more levels of piercing and the damage recieved if unpierced increased from 50% to 70% if the enemy cannot pierce at least 40% of the armor value

  • Nerfed division AA, previously the maximum cas damage reduction was achieved with only 10.7 air attack, now the maximum value can be achieved with 35.6 air attack, the maximum cas damage reduction got nerfed from 75% to 70%, and the chance that AA will shoot down cas got nerfed by 20%

  • Added an enemy deserters mechanic. Now, one-fourth of enemy casualties will become enemy deserters. Like a currency, they can be spent for manpower, production, construction, and resource buffs

  • Added a branch specialization decision. When at war, this decision will become available to unlock an extra special forces doctrine

  • Cost for special forces doctrines got reduced form 60 xp to 40 xp

  • Cost for navy and air doctrines got reduced form 100 xp to 80 xp

  • Added cavalry doctrine in the special forces, here is the link to the original mod:

  • Due to the new cavalry doctrine, I had to nerf "Legacy of Atilla" from:
    20% org ---> 10% org
    -15 cavalry inf. requirement ---> -10 cavalry inf. requirement

  • Fixed a lot of stuff that is not worth mentioning
