Revert high seas desync fixes, since the forts update fixed the original implementation (which is preferred)
-slightly adjust reactor explosion effect again.

-Improve mod support (added weapon.lua, device.lua, and projecile.lua automatic and manual effect replacement tables. Also weapon and device scripts can run an additional function.)
-Improve reactor explosion effect.
-Fullscreen reactor flash is half opacity of vanilla, consider turning the option back on ;)
-Far less obstructive fire effects (smoke almost 3x less opaque (200 -> 70), bloom half strength (50 ->25)), you should actually be able to see your base if you get hit by a firebeam now.
-Reduced bloom strength on firebeam impact from 8 to 5.
-Fixed bug where high seas flaming projectiles have no impact sound, however, now a new bug exists where hitting a firebeam makes explosion noises, (oh well, cant complain about more explosion sounds. Will attempt to fix it eventually)
