General:
= Sonic is now a slightly darker shade of blue (awesome patch note)
= Fixed issue where the "It's him" alt didn't have the Pizza Tower taunt sound, and the "Scarlet Speedster" alt had it instead
= Fixed minor bug that kept the number of alt slot boxes from different characters that use the alt system from Tester the Template Man
= Boost is no longer gained if Sonic died and had a combo going
+ Boost now also scales with the hit enemy's current damage divided by 2, the higher their damage%, the more boost Sonic gains
+ Sonic has been more optimized thanks to McDucky! Huge thanks to her, Sonic should be running more smoothly
- Boost also gives less boost if there's more than 2 players active

D-strong:
= The extra knockback VFX from hitting the Blue Tornado can now apply to multiple players

F-air:
= Fixed bug where if Sonic is hit while using the attack, he will not be knocked away according to the direction that he's meant to

B-air:
- Sweetspot knockback scaling decreased (1 -> 0.9)

N-special:
= Fixed issue where the homing attack indicator didn't appear in sonic dittos when used by a higher port value Sonic on a lower port value Sonic
= Early input is now the whiff version again instead of an instant homing attack
+ Early input/whiff version endlag decreased dramatically (10x3 -> 6)
+ Homing attack now slightly aims towards the enemy
- Early input/whiff hitbox removed

Sonic Overdrive:
+ Attack is now entirely invincible (It's to prevent Sonic from hitting another Sonic using the move and stun locking both of them)
+ Attack now stops all players that aren't sonic in place to let it hit a bit more easily

Runes:
= Fixed issue where Sonic can transform into Super sonic when in hitstun
= If a Sonic without a super form hits a Sonic with a super form, the Sonic with a super form will now drop rings
= The super theme no longer plays twice
+ Added rune I - Sonic's tricks now send him in the direction he's doing a trick, flinging him around. Neutral trick holds Sonic in place
+ Added rune J - Sonic can now cancel his tricks with any attack for some crazy psuedo combos

Workshop Compatibilities:
+ Added Nintendo Wiimote compatibility

General:
= "Big Drip" super form portrait now gets recolored properly in the results box
= Fixed minor graphical issue where the afterimage from Boost Mode takes the colors from the parry/hitstun and not Sonic's actual colors
+ Normal minimum walk speed increased (1 -> 1.5)
+ Added waiting animation
+ Added team ranking (only happens if it's Sonic's victory screen obviously)
+ Added easter eggs

Alts:
= "Sonic Origins" renamed to "Blast Processing" and moved out of the seasonal alt rotation into it's own alt slot
= Replaced the "Psychic Hegdehog" with the "Jewel Thief" alt
= Replaced the "Her Highness" with the "Cute Rabbit" alt
= Updated "Youkai of Dusk" alt

F-tilt:
= The endlag of the attack is now dynamic, based on Sonic's horizontal speed on startup (window 3 length: 12 -> 12-20)

D-strong:
- Hitbox duration decreased and can no longer be changed based on charge, ending about the time Sonic starts rising up from spinning

N-special:
= Added more visual and audio feedback on startup

U-special:
= Rainbow ring now forces owners/teammates (without the compatibility) that aren't Sonic into the air idle state, ignoring the previous state completely
= Rainbow ring outline color now allows for online colors to work too, CPUs still have the outline of the player slot if they aren't in a team
= Removed tiny arrow indicator for rainbow ring when offscreen, leftovers from unused concept
= Restored proper visual feedback to parrying the rainbow ring
+ Sonic's AI no longer tries to fspec into the ring if he's too close to the blastzone
+ If Sonic's AI doesn't have an airdodge he will use a different option
- Added speed limit to rainbow ring's launch speed (45 vsp) (before hitstun calculation)

D-special:
= Added more visual feedback on startup

Runes:
= Removed annoying thud on Super Sonic's music
= Fixed minor issue where after transforming into Super Sonic and using parry/roll/airdodge sonic would do his transformation voiceline
+ Rune B + Super Sonic now gives base Sonic his Boost mode's walk speed, dash speed and acceleration speeds
+ Super Sonic damage multipler increased (1.5 -> 2)
+ Super Sonic speed and gradual acceleration increased
(walk mult: 1.022 -> 1.026 | dash mult: 1.025 -> 1.03 | min walk: 2 -> 3 | min dash: 7 -> 9 | max dash: 11 -> 15)

= Sonic can no longer use the practice mode's infinite boost mode right as the match starts
= Fixed bug that makes Sonic shoot out with a boost of speed after landing from a jump, he now loses his stored speed if he isn't landing/moving
= Fixed bug where Sonic will keep his walk/dash speed untouched after landing, giving him an unnatural boost of speed
+ The intro attack no longer shows on the Frame Data Woodcock buddy
+ Boost meter decrease rate adjusted (normal: 1/4 -> 1/6 | boost: 1/2 -> 1/3)
= Updated "Endless Abyss" alt

Dstrong:
= BlueTornado can no longer reflect back at Sonic, hitting him out of parry stun

Runes:
= Super theme loops properly again (and stops playing when sonic is in his normal form again)
= Fixed compatibility with chaos emeralds preventing him from going Super Sonic
= Attempted to make Super theme louder (again)

General:
= Sonic now properly retains momentum after landing with an attack
= Sonic now has hitpause_shock compatibility (used by Absa)
= Sonic no longer recolors chao while parrying or getting hit

D-attack:
- Added hurtbox to sonic's smear making the move no longer disjointed, similarly to ranno

U-strong:
= Base hitpause increased on both hitboxes (9 -> 11)
= Set both hitboxes to have the same knockback angle (front hitbox angle 80 -> 90)
- Increased landing lag if Sonic used a fast fall during the attack (6 -> 10)
- Sonic now has a speed limit in midair so he doesn't drift to oblivion (-3 to 3 hsp)
- Added hurtbox to sonic's smear making the move no longer disjointed, similarly to ranno

N-special:
= Super form alts now use the regular color for the indicator

F-special:
= Fixed visual bug where if you jump cancel the attack and do another attack instantly it would keep the dash aura thing

Runes:
= Fixed Super Sonic music being too quiet (for real this time)

General:
= Fixed the super version of the "ILLEGAL INSTRUCTION 000E0XE0" alt from displaying a gold outline on match start
= Fixed issue where Super Sonic's outline won't get colored against Bar Reygard
= Fixed "False Chaos and Rage" colors not resetting properly in playtest mode
= Fixed outline colors on the "Big Drip" super alt to match the in game version

D-strong:
- Limited speed in the air during the endlag of the move
- Parrying Sonic as he starts the move will now no longer spawn Blue Tornado
- Added parry stun and extended parry stun to Blue Tornado

Runes:
= The trick combo rune now no longer locks Sonic out of doing tricks if he starts a trick combo with the trick he ended with on the last combo
+ Super Sonic music is now louder
