Fixes various bugs and Undocumented Features(tm), like Tordimir not showing up, some effects not working, etc.

Technically adds 3 unfinished lords/factions, which was not intentional but I wanted to fix the other bugs ASAP rather than waiting a month for me to finish the next batch of lords lol.

If you really want to play around with Bowmen of Oreon, Greybeard's Prospectors, and Chrace, they're MOSTLY functional but not yet fluffed out, balanced, etc.

Re-enables the Red Duke's custom start, I dug too deep and too greedily into the starting scripts last night and accidentally deleted his function call.

Adds MCT support, allowing you to toggle most lords between normal spawns and just adding them to pool.

Redid some openings - particularly Tyr/Atropos and Chernobog - and tweaked some others.

Various bugfixes (ex. Balor/Egil appearance).

Adjusted Suitable climates for Tinitt (added Temperate) and Suitable/Unsuitable climates for Sarthorael (added some nearby, made Frozen and Chaotic Wasteland unsuitable).

Fixed various bugs, mostly related to CA crippling minor factions with replaced/removed buildings or missing heroes.

Fixed several typos in descriptions.

Rebalanced some skills that were either using the wrong scope (rip red duke) or I got too carried away with (Surtha growth bonus).
