- I temporarily had to limit the maximum aviation experience to 75.

- The ancient HOI4 system of tanks and aircraft has outlived its usefulness. I decided to move away from simplification in favor of dynamics, and move on to diversity. Tank and aircraft designers will be in the mod. I'll make a couple of necessary changes, and they'll be ready.
Players who don't want to customize templates every time will be able to use simple basic templates. The rest will be able to build the Armata of their dreams.

Fixed the problems of a new HOI update. Mod is playable. Map is working.

Hotfix: Fixed issue with special force doctrines. Special force doctrines are now in the mod.
