Scaled 4460 to 15% to match the size to Husky's GS-4.

Added an Headlight to the Tender when upon pressing L
Fixed the Drive Wheels where it used to noclip through the cylinder
Added a Postwar Variant for 4460 when she was repainted back around 1940's & 50's

Weird textures are now fixed, you should be able to make liveries easier.
