UPDATE TO NEW GAME VERSION

This is a transition version. A lot of new features such as :
- rework of soviet faction (new units : IS3 / IS4, thanks MACE TEAM and much late WW2 vehicles)
- Rework of soviet as enemy in conquest. Now, it is set for 45 turns, from 1945 to 1990, with realistic service entry date and withdrawal for vehicles. Infantry is also reworked to appear in the right period. (PLAY UNLIMITED DURATION).
- Created new divisions for soviets as enemy in conquest (mechanized infantry and tank division). The tank division is FEARSOME, plan your units accordingly. Want to play koursk-like tank battles? well try this.
- Extended CEV2 features to player attack turn and tweaks to difficulty and enemy strengh.

-new changes on AI army numbers and waves. Expect bigger battle when facing AI on all economy difficulties.
-rework of AML60 (decoupling gun and mgun, the AML now can use both at the same time).

- New ranks mechanic.
New officers (ltn, cpt, col) and each squad gets sergeants and corporals (ranks displays above heads). If simple privates are isolated (100m+) of officers and non-commisionned officers, they will lose orders and start to fall back to their officers. A radio message/text message as well as an exclamation point on the head of soldiers will show you if they're too far.
the rank mechanic is from Old Boy's Vietnam mod and is replicated in this mod with his nice permission.

- new balance pass on enemy troop/vehicles numbers on all conquest economic difficulties. Trying to find the right spot.
- update to conquest enhanced last update, fix AI behaviour in battle and putting backstab spawn back in.

- Reworked enemy CPs and MP in all difficulties so more enemies spawn (more turns in your conquest means more enemies now, so your enemy will become more dangerous with time). All difficulties are enabled so try them all to fine tune your experience.
