using the same models I modified for Vas - no use in maintaining two seperate sets
the idle flame is colored more blue than teal, now
the thrust flame is slightly less colorful and a little brighter

included the BlueprintClasses.sbc kindly provided by Vas. Ion thrusters can now be selected as production targets in assemblers.
changed the ion thruster markings to a proper sign
