Added notification system (A "wish list" system)
Changed row icons to be clickable to open Info.
- This should potentially make info button column superfluous.
Bumped VPE integration to 1.5. Eltex will now warn properly when selling.


This notification system is my version of a system "shopping list" or "wish list".
It is still a work in progress, so feedback is welcome!
Notifications are based on the same filtering as the search box in the main window, supporting RegEx.
In addition, they are also stored in the save rather than in mod configs.
