Minor Additons
- Returned WPA "Operation Nordlicht" branch for radical(nat-soc) Norway.
- Added new conquered tooltips in the WarPlan Zero, WarPlan A, WarPlan B and WarPlan C. Reworked some tooltips in WarPlan Zero and Plan C.
- WarPlan C's execution conditions demand you to conquer France and Turkey as well.
- Added new party names and loc flavour to some of the RKs, especially in Japan
- Changed the superevent image to have the filter the other superevents have
- Reduced the weekly war support buff that "evacuating loyalists" nat spirit game so its less OP

- Attempted to fix Huttig's Reichstaat collapsing during the war.
- Fixed timer for commencing WPA activating without conquering Netherlands.
- Fixed focus "Infiltrate Scotland" showing the outcome of infiltration in the effects.
- Fixed "Loot the Isles" decision showing before declaring war on England.
- Fixed "Enforcement of Monroe Doctrine" decision activating after it's completion.
- Fixed African Reichskolonies' leaders having Muller's description.
- "Fixed" West African countries white peace with Germany when faction leader capitulated.
- Fixed Italian puppets declaring war on Germany during Fall Gaiseric which led to defensive war.
- Fixed epilogue focus tree branch not showing after defeating the USA, Japan and Burgundy.
- Fixed Warsaw name not changing properly.
- Hans-Joachim «Hajo» Herrmann's portrait should show up properly.
- Goering does not have ultra buffs anymore.
- Added shine to 2 focuses which caused them to show as having no icon otherwise
