Tweaks to city assaults, military strategies
Improvements to behaviour trees

Science victory small tweaks and improvements
Add new diplomatic victory preferences (techs, stronger preferences for wonders, buildings, civics)
Random agenda further small improvements:
Improved the prefer population random agenda with new happiness, improvement and growth wonder preferences in addition to the food yield

Improvements to many random assigned agendas like gossip, fun lover to have actual in game small behaviour changes to add a bit more fun to the game and unpredictability
Some peaceful AI's are slightly less friendly as were being slightly too friendly to non-warmongers in the late game before
Late game bomber combat district priority changes
Air / Bomber build preference tweaks
Tweaks and Improvements to Aggressive AI's
AI's are now more likely to attack further away cities
Testing perhaps a lower priority for nuclear subs using existing unit preference changes
Small defensive improvements and improvements to strategies if cities are under threat

Updated for the August 2023 Patch!
Improvements to Julius Caesar, Wu Zetian, Abraham Lincoln and Harald Hadrarda Varangian to make sure they play to the best of their new and improved leader abilities
Increased the number of naval units built and increased the chance they are assigned to offensive capabilities
Several other small improvements to leaders, ai preferences and operations
