v3.2.8 - Early Game Priorities and AA Defence Update

  • Significantly Further Improved Custom Late Game AI AA Behaviour Tree and Operations
  • Improved Early game tech flow and priorities, particularly for defence, early districts and a slightly lower preference for specialising too quickly into different areas
  • More defence ops improvements and tweaks (including city defence tree tweaks)
  • Increased the number of melee units committed to city attacks later on
  • Upped AIs ability to rush barbs and use fewer units if necessary, especially in the early game
  • Increased early defences / key ranged units priorities overall

Minor Tweaks
Hopefully fixed or reduced the issue where all civs in existing saves would receive a free anti-air gun (caused by a deletion and rework of the existing mechanic - the only unit the AI gets for free, in the late game due to exceptionally low internal scoring)

v3.2.7 Patch - The Refinement Update

  • Tweaked AI late game AA defences on most difficulty levels
  • Slightly increased preferences for granaries and mid game food (and slightly tuned overall time strategies)
  • Fixed error in previous patch leading to a slightly too high preference for great scientists in the medieval and renaissance eras
  • Slightly increased preferences for industrial zone buildings and strategies to increase adjacency when the AI has high adj districts
  • Added a game setup option to reduce the AIs aggressiveness in the Ancient and Classical eras
  • Various diplomacy tweaks and small improvements to agendas
  • Tweaked AIs ability to deal with Barb camps when being attacked
  • Slightly improved AIs culture victory strat when they are close to winning
  • Further improved the AIs ability to defend itself with ranged units and walls in the early game, especially in the ancient era
  • Improved Late game GPP priorities and reduced nuclear sub late game priorities
  • Improved AI Naval Defence Strategy
  • Fixed Compatibility with EpsTweak for Policies

v3.2.6 - Game Setup Option Update with Other Useful Refinements

  • Reduced Starting Warriors is now a game setup option instead being the default for every game as previously
  • Diplomatic Random Meet penalty should now be more similar between difficulties (unless tuned with the game setup option). The 3 diplomatic starting options have also been tuned.
  • Settlement Small Tweaks and Changes. AI will in more situations settle closer cities for speed and will get more settlers out at once, if needed throughout the game
  • Small Early Game Tweaks and Improvements
  • Further small tweaks and improvements to trade deals, especially to great works in the late game, luxuries in certain eras and for civs close to a culture victory
  • Fixed issue with players that had the New Frontier Pass but not the Macedon and Persia DLC
  • AI Positive Diplo Modifier for one sided trade deals (gifts to AI) will now max out slightly higher, and more so on the friendlier diplomatic game setup option (where it will also decay at a 50% lower pace)
  • Various leader small tweaks and improvements. Reworked the Crees Strategy
