- Added two new Mod.Calls
- IsAbilityCooldownActive: Check for when the player has the Ability Cooldown debuff
- CountAsArtificerSetBonus: Prevents the no-Artificer-Set-Bonus penalty from occurring; good for making your own Artificer set bonuses

- Simplified Chinese localization is now up-to-date
- Slightly buffed Nova Armor's set bonus, the duration cap on its Supernova Surge buff effect is now 90 seconds (From 75), allowing Abilities with 2 minute cooldowns (Currently just Starwriter) to apply Supernova Surge for their entire cooldown (Which is lowered to 90 seconds by Nova Armor's -25% cooldown time)

Version 1.1 has been published to Stable tModLoader v2023.8
Big rebalancing update!
- Some lategame armors have been nerfed
- A few accessories have been buffed, primarily defensively, to better compete with vanilla accessories
- Tons of Ability Accessory buffs, they should now compete much better with other, plain accessories
- Almost every offense-based Ability Accessory has been buffed, many are now more reliable or simply deal more damage so as to make their DPS contributions more noticeable



Armor:
- Nerfed Nova Armor: -6 total defense (48 > 42), set bonus changed to give a flat +10 defense and +10% damage, which is now associated with its own buff that is capped at 75 seconds in duration
- Nerfed Xeno Armor: -1 total defense (41 > 40), set bonus no longer grants life regen perks when shield is charging or fully charged
- Buffed Lihzahrd Armor: Solar Overdrive now lasts about 4-8 seconds (From 3-5), Solar Overdrive damage boost increased to 15% (From 12%), decreased retaliatory beam base damage to 80 (From 100), retaliatory beam damage now scales with stats
- Buffed Ornate Armor: Reduced amount of gems needed to craft

Accessories:
- Removed extra defense from Ultrabright Diving Gear, but Hadopelagic Diving Gear and Terradepth Gear now give +4 defense (From +2 and +3, respectively)
- Buffed Deft Pouch: Sold by Travelling Merchant much more often, and now increases dart velocity by 10% (From 5%) and reduces ammo consumption by 1/6 (From 1/10). Buy cost increased to 15 gold (From 10)
- Buffed Shadowflame Scroll: Increased crit boost to 12% (From 10%)
- Buffed Blood Necklace: Melee speed boost effect now grants +12% speed (From +10%)
- Buffed Darkmoon Pact: No longer decreases DR, damage and crit boost are now both +12%
- Buffed Permafrost Cloak and Permafrost Shell: Now grant +2 defense and immunity to Frostburn
- Buffed Terra Shield: +1 defense (5 to 6)

Ability Accessories:
- Buffed Bewitched Bulwark: +1 defense (3 to 4), ability’s defense boost increased to 10 (From 9), ability’s range increased 10%, ability damage increased to 55 (From 40)
- Buffed Lost Hero’s Shield: +1 defense (4 to 5), ability parry duration increased to 1.5 seconds (From 1 second)
- Nerfed Power Armor: Decreased ability defense boost to 14 (From 16) and passive defense to 6 (From 8)
- Buffed Overdrive Leg: Cooldown time decreased to 15 seconds (From 20)
- Buffed Stealth Shroud: Cooldown time decreased to 25 seconds (From 30)
- Buffed Starlight Armillary: Cooldown time decreased to 30 seconds (From 40)
- Buffed Moonfall: Beam duration increased to 20 seconds (From 15), cooldown time decreased to 90 seconds (From 120), beam now follows the cursor a little faster, slightly thinner hitbox
- Buffed Starwriter: No longer inflicts potion/mana sickness. Automatically triggers on a killing blow (Preventing death) if a star is active and not on cooldown
- Buffed Stellar Resonator: Cooldown time decreased to 45 seconds (From 50), DR while charging increased from 10% to 20%
- Buffed Dark Leech, Leeching Tether, and Lifeline: Cooldown time decreased to 40 seconds (From 60), hook can extend farther while attached to an enemy, attaches for only 5 seconds (From 10) but still steals life 10 times, DoT increased to accommodate shorted attach time, Lifesteal per DoT tick for Lifeline changed to 5 (From 3, which was an error)
- Buffed Life Charger: Decreased healing to 50, and cooldown time to 25 seconds (From 60)
- Buffed Mana Charger: Decreased mana restored to 140, and cooldown time to 25 seconds (From 30)
- Buffed Necrotic Harvester: Increased AoE radius from 20 tiles to 25 tiles, adjusted charging to gain 1 point of charge up to 5 times a second instead of gaining 5 points of charge up to once a second, base damage increased to 120
- Buffed Needle-Spike Manacle: Base defense increase to 2 (From 1) and ability defense boost increased to 5 (From 2), cooldown time decreased to 25 seconds
- Buffed Retribution Stoker: Cooldown time decreased to 50 seconds (From 60), ability duration increased to 20 seconds (From 15), base damage & crit boost increased to 10% (From 7.5%, max is still 15%), boost gains power more smoothly
- Buffed Ornate Ring: Range increased by 25%, defense increased to 2 (From 1), enemy confusion and player buffs now last from 5 to 10 seconds (From always 5 seconds), slightly improved Ornate Spark buff
- Buffed Lucky Present: Favors buffs over debuffs slightly more often than it used to, slightly increased the likelihood of stronger buffs, made buffs more likely to last longer than average and debuffs more likely to last shorter than average
- Buffed Fear Reaper: Fixed bug where cooldown time was 60 seconds instead of the intended 45 seconds, fixed oversight where scythes had no armor penetration (It is now 25), buffed ability DR to a base of 15% and a max of 45%, scythes now add +2% DR per hit up to a max of +30%, DR is now multiplicative
- Buffed Stealth Shroud and Swagger Cape: Cooldown time decreased to 30 seconds (From 45)
- Buffed Supercharged Arm and Artificer’s Prosthetics: Cooldown time decreased to 30 seconds (From 45), attack speed boost decreased to +25% (From +30%), Artificer’s Prosthetics movement boosts slightly nerfed to accommodate lowered cooldown
- Adjusted Cyborg’s Core: Passive life regen halved to 0.5 hp/sec, passive defense doubled to 4, ability lasts twice as long (5 to 10 seconds) and has its defense boost lowered to x7 and regen boost to x9 (From x10 for both), movement speed decrease is less potent
- Adjusted Moonbite Mark: Reduced damage to 116 (From 160), enhanced projectile velocity, lifespan, and homing, lifesteal effect no longer directly targets other players but instead has a chance to heal nearby allies upon healing the user, now improves lifesteal while equipped (Speeds up the internal ‘recharge’ rate, allowing lifesteal effects to occur more often)
- Buffed Hidden Blade: Damage increased to 45 (From 25) and crit chance raised to 20% (From 8%), slightly increased projectile velocity and range
- Buffed Repulse Charge: Damage increased to 50 (From 30), cooldown time decreased to 15 seconds (From 20)
- Buffed Repulsion Rocket: Damage increased to 60 (From 45), cooldown time decreased to 10 seconds (From 15), higher projectile velocity and range
- Buffed Starplate Blaster: Damage increased to 100 (From 60)
- Buffed Overcharged Arcanum: Damage increased to 60, projectile count decreased to 12, projectiles now ignore tiles
- Buffed Assassin’s Needles: Damage increased to 35 (From 25), and crit chance raised to 20% (From 12%), slightly increased projectile velocity and range
- Buffed First Prism: Damage increased to 100 (From 85), increased range
- Buffed Probe Pack: Damage increased to 65 (From 60), increased probe orbit radius slightly, increased laser velocity, probes can now inflict contact damage to enemies (50% of base damage), reduced piercing damage fall-off on lasers
- Buffed Missile Array: Damage increased to 160 (From 150), projectile velocity, lifespan, and homing improved
- Buffed Prismatic Arcanum: Damage increased to 120 (From 90), projectiles now ignore tiles
- Buffed Obliteration Core: Cooldown time reduced to 45 (From 50), damage increased to 200 (From 190) reduced on-use movement speed reduction, slightly larger hitbox
- Buffed Solar Blaster: Now fires a spread of 5 projectiles (From 3)
- Buffed Needle Barrage: Slightly increased projectile velocity and range

Etc:
- Patched (Maybe temporarily) the text pop-up of the increased cooldown awareness config appearing twice at once, its ‘spawn’ position is now fixed in place
