- Update to fix inability to loot bodies. CBA addon settings for positions have unfortunately been reset as a result and some positions have been slightly changed.

- Added Whitelist CBA option, does the opposite of the blacklist; anything not in the whitelist cannot be used as a second primary. Ignored if left as []. (PR#1)
