Unit Overhaul WWII 2.1

*NOTE* The events in this update and previous are Historical. Play with volatility set to none for a historical game. The AI has been programmed to be very progressive and aligned with history and should
provide a constant challenge.

*NOTE* Make a backup of the original SR1936 events file found in the SRU> Common Folder, if you wish to play a more sandbox game. You can play a decent sandbox game with the events folder from this
mod, but invasions might seem kind of weird in certain situations.

Many tweaks and fine tuning!

Range value of all WWII era aircraft reviewed and corrected.

Several balance tweaks of units and further correction of several more uber (ai favored OP) units.

Rework of all Special Forces type units and specialist units such as Marines, Paratroopers, and Mountain Troops. SA and HA values reduced to better match equivalent era technology. Country unique Special Forces, LRRP, and
Commando type units were moved to Recon Unit Type to account for smaller forces sizes, and reduce the chance for the AI to spam build.

Further tweaking of Italy, so they are not so strong.

Adjusted Germany playeraistance: to 3, Aggressive

Adjusted event line 17590 " Italy vs France - Italy is aggressive stance if Germany at war with France" from 3 Aggressive to 2 Defensive, otherwise if Italy is Allied with Germany, Italy will attack France once
France DW on Germany, creating an early invasion of France.

China military force was increased with more militia type units so that Japan can not walk overrun so quickly.

Bolstered several invasion events so that they are more successful.

Added several more event spawned Field Marshal and Army Leaders:(Germany Late War)(The following will spawn via event near Berlin the year they assumed command.)

Adjusted Petroleum value in WMDATA file.

Top 10 Oil Producers of WWII, (United States, Soviet Union, Venezuala, Iran, Mexico, Romania, Colombia, Iraq, and Japan's gains in the South Pacific have dozens of oil production events throughout the years.)

Adjusted Metal value in WMDATA file. A little more valuable and neccessary for GC, MG, and IG.

Dozens of events for majors to increase their land, air, and naval production throughout the early years. US and Soviets have several events to increase thier military production after '41.

Dozens of events for continous research facility construction for majors, to ensure competitiveness.

Japanese and Allies invasion events in the Pacific.

Every major naval invasion event during WWII is now included.

Half-track overhaul and early light armored APC stats were more closely alligned and balanced with infantry and motorized infantry of appropriate time frame. Target type changed to all Hard target vs. Soft Target.

Assault Guns were adjusted to be more of an infantry support platform with better soft attack and fortification attack values rather than hard attack.

Infantry Guns were adjusted to be more of an infantry support platform with better soft attack and fortification attack values rather than hard attack or having indirect fire effects.

There were dozens of units that had a soft target type where they should have been hard target type, adjusted accordingly according to data.

Submarine overhaul.

Added Headquarters(INF) units to majority of major and minor Orbats and .CVP

Introduction of Light Infantry, better for close quarters combat, added to orbats and .CVP.

Increased the amount of infantry units to approxiamate order of battle amount according to amount of infantry divisions countries start with in '36.

Progressive Research Center production for all majors.

Seigfreid Line events.

Pearl Harbor event.

Complete overhaul of railway artillery systems. They will no longer be able to be built, as the AI was favoring them. Appropriate numbers will be distributed via the starting orbats or added via events.
This also has the added benefit of placing only one system per unit vs. the default of 18.

Event spawned leaders will show up at the approximate hex and time that they first assume a major command. All of these leaders are high ranking leaders in command of either a Army Group or equivalent area command or numbered army.
Each leader has a specific set of stats (experience, observation, speed, initiative, supply, range, attack, defense and close attack and defense) that makes them unique.
Overall they act as a mobile supply hub, depending on level of command, keeping a push in supply much longer than a group without one. They cannot be researched or purchased, once eliminated.
These are nice to attach if playing historical creating historical battle groups.

Events
Added production events for Industry Goods and Military Goods for Major, Minors, and a few others. These events will kick of for the ai only.

Major Unit related events and naval invasions: Expect to see the US in force once Operation Torch kicks off. Events with units will only trigger if ai. Player will need to manage and coordinate with ai allies.
Major events take place very close to actual historical time, so if you are playing the UK, and it is getting close to Operation Overlord time frame, prepare your invasion force so it matches up when the US and
Canadians invade.

Updated Meshes File from Unit Overhaul to Unit Overhaul WWII for hundreds of new unit images.

All WWI and WWII era elite infantry (Special Forces, Paratroopers, Marines, Mountain) reviewed and overhauled. Takes longer to train than regular units. Hard attack stats reduced, better at Close Attack and Close Defense

All Engineers, Motorized Engineers, Koheitai, Pioniere, Motorized Pionieres, from WWI era to WWII era have been moved to Transport/Bridges (6) as early war they are support sections rather than whole battalions. Offensive and
defensive stats have been significanlty reduced except for Fortification Attack, Close Attack, and Close Defense. They retain all of their special tags. Combat Engineers '42, Combat Engineers '44, and
Motorized Combat Engineers' 42 battalions have been added to the infantry section. This reduces the AI spam build of Engineers during pre-war and war time production.

All WWI and WWII + Infantry, Semi-Motorized, Motorized, Half-track Infantry, and APC reviewed and overhauled

All initial '36 Special Forces, Brandenburger, Spetsnaz, Commandos, Special Forces Mountain have been converted to recon and had the word "commando" was added to their name, and serve as smaller recon commando teams rather than full battalion.
With later tech around'39, full size infantry sized battalions can be researched. This was done to to keep the AI from spam building these units pre-war. In the orbats they have been granted tier 2 experience.
