Improved/changed sounds for the following ammo types,

- 5.56
- 5x45
- 7.62
- .50 cal
- autocannons

Tried to make the small arms sounds more aggressive and realistic. Imo, they were very underwhelming before. Some of these may change depending on feedback, enjoy!

- fixed m113 sound and added to registry
- removed ai's ability to target wheels until i figure out bullet proof tires for some vehicles
- removed ai's ability to target humans with heat/atgms unless they are in cover
- m60 now shares the same ammo as m240
- added grad21 to russia's bot roster in conquest
- swapped out long range mlrs for all close range for bot roster in conquest
- buffed the 81mm mortar for us (was still lacking in damage to inf)

- enemys will now spawn 1985 defensive units until you upgrade to defense lvl 2 (they skip over 1995 and go straight to 2005 for some reason though, still working on this issue) but no more mixed years on the first 20 days of conquest
- fixed hind auto cannon
- removed og "cta" barbed wire

- reworked some vehicle CP for all factions
- lowered Javelin soldier price to 400mp per soldier
- lowered ammo crates CP to 0
- fixed all M24 SWS soldier ammo

- added infantry ammo crates

- added correct ammo for scar/m24 sws/m39 rifles

- added "close range" versions of all mlrs vehicles (this allows the firing arc to be adjusted for 800m instead of 2000m) keep in mind that both versions are available to buy in MP and CQ, so please pay attention and read carefully

- implemented ERA (explosive reactive armor) and shields for some tanks (some models dont allow this, may be switching out the ones that cant for ones that can.

- improved ATGMs penetration power by a lot, should be working properly now

- added m120 to usa roster for mid/late

- fixed all 120mm mortars, and added correct ammo

- added javelin at squad to mp/cq (FYI the Javelin does not work if AI are targeting, THIS IS A PLAYER ONLY
WEAPON, still WIP but may keep it this way for balance. Also, non reloadable as the squad comes with 2 soldier that carry this.)

- got rid of the HEMMT, and added M35A2 for early usa transport. The HEMMT transport is now removed completely.

- added resupply for all new german weaponry (sorry i forgot to do this)
- added resupply for m60 tank
- added a gunner to the mi-24 and added seats for 7 passengers
- added a gunner to the ka-52
- gave the marder a milan launcher instead of bgm71

- removed germany from conquest (enemy was still trying to spawn germany in conquest, but wasnt able to due to there being no units available in conquest)

- updated side armor for all tanks (some tanks had frontal thickness on the sides, woops)
- fixed all germany localization
- added ammo storage behind drivers seat for leopard 1a3/2a4/2a5/2a6 models (cookoff FX is still a bit wierd for this, and will cookoff from the same spot as the blowout panel, but still works as it should) this means these tanks can be knocked out by both hull and blowout panel ammunition cookoffs.
