External Muscle Suit
+ Reworked the teach that let you craft the armor earlier. Now it's a level 6 tech, cost 2 AI Cores and requires skeleton arms and legs researches.
+ Removed from the cheapest and mid robotic stores.
+ Available only at the BEST robotic stores and twice as rare as Steady arms.

Bounties Galore
+ Baron Samedi didn't spawn at Shaman's Hideout. Changed everything about his squad so he can properly spawn. Set building designation: BD_HQ; building name: Baron Samedi's Hut; layout interior: hq king; AI packages: Cannibal at home-wizard; building: Cannibal Shack; dialogue leader: cannibal gran wizard. Basically, I made his squad the same as cannibal Meat Lord.

Removed 'Cannibal raid 1' (Painted Tribe) from First Village/Kaupang (Blood Butchers). So no more infighting.

Suspicious Lab (override) ruins
+ Removed 'Cannibal Grand Wizard is alive' world state.
+ Added 'all major cannibals killed (UWE)' world state.

So this world state doesn't trigger earlier messing ownerships.

TWEAKS:

Reverted changes to 'Cannibal Village Ruins'. So it no longer requires Daymond to be dead.

Fixed world states at 'Old Village'.
+ Added 'Cannibal Vilage (override) Destroyed' as possible town overwrites. (This world state requires the cannibal leaders AND Daymond to be dead to trigger)
