- Resigned Server Key and added the bikey.
- Removed original IFAK

- Edited some config IDs.
- Added 1, 2, 3 and 4 lb IFAKs.
- Original (DEPRECIATED) IFAK will be removed in exhange for the 5.4 pound IFAK.
